i like how this show follows the comic in a very loose fashion. Also the little nod to the comic (Carl doing his thing) while having Rick stepping up, makes this show great. My wife and I both knew what was coming but we both were helluva surprised when it happened.... Next week will be time for the farm crew to chain some kills together (ha I am in the batman arkham city mindset)

Yeah I'm pretty sure a lot of characters won't make it out the episode alive...namely Hershel and his family excluding Maggie. Also don't see much story left for Carol, unless her and Daryl hook up or something. And for God's sake give T-Dog some face time or just kill him off already.

I was thinking the same thing, Hershel and his family probably won't make it (lining up with the books). And I'd rather them kill off T-Dogg and bring in Michone and the football player (Tyrese?)

Finally caught up with Walking Dead. So, I gotta say I'm a little pissed that they killed Dale off. He wasn't my favorite character but I always felt he was a necessary character. He was the moral compass to the group and killing him off puts the group in a darker place in my opinion. I was also hoping that we would see the Dale/Andrea relationship but I guess that's not to be. I simply loved the Rick/Carl conversation in the barn. I have been waiting for some good father/son moments between these two and this did not disappoint whatsoever. Now, what happened to Shane. That was pretty intense and kind of sad to see in a way. Also, it sort of kept with the book in a sense when you consider that Carl did shoot him even though he was a zombie at that point. A very good episode and I can't wait to see how this all goes down.

I decided to put spoilers to this post in case people haven't seen the episode yet. I'm always behind on my television watching so I thought it would be better this way.

Michone and Tyrese are a must for next season! Now that Shane is gone, Rick needs another good friend/right hand man. Tyrese was exactly that in the books.

For those that are interested in chatting while the show is going on, we can start at like 8:30 EST for a pre-game, and then for those that want to wait until after it airs, we can go from 10 PM EST to whenever we call it a night.

So basically...if you want to chat, show up an time after 8:30 PM EST on Sunday night.

I'd love to join in but with you guys having day light savings and we haven't I don't know what the time differences would be now. Plus I don't get to see the show until it comes up on iTunes, so I'd be useless in the chat.

EDIT: I just found on the AFN website that the new episode will be airing tonight at 2100 my time! :D

So you posted at 11:38 your time and for me it says you posted at 4:40 pm my time, so you are approx 7 hours behind then. Is that correct then?

Damn, that would mean at 03:30 am my time is when you guys would be chatting. Good thing I got a 4 day off :D Maybe I'd be able to stay up and join in, and this is on Skype right or the chat on the main page?

Thanks, I knew something was wrong but I couldn't think. So it will be around 0130 then. I'll try to stay up for that.

NVM, I wont be joining. Apparently when AFN says they're playing a new episode what they really mean is that they are playing an episode from season 2 but not the new one. I wont be able to see it till my monday afternoon.

Ditto. We can have our own chatshow called "Johnny-Come-Lately". The ratings will be fantastic.

Brandon and I had suspension that could be part of the Governor story line.
